things at work, not great. the conflict between h and s extends towards everyone. even though they are okay, the aftermath is like the ripples of a tsunami wave. its difficult to take a stand because of the racial issues that might occur. it's appalling to see grownups like this but iguess its part and parcel of working.
Its kind of hypocritical to see everyone being 'nice' to each other. Thats the weird thing when you're working with 4 others in the same room. communication has to be there and to think about it, its a wonder how muifong stays on top of things. I guess its where today's cell message applies. staying joyful even though bad things happen. to others, maybe my lab conflict may be just something minor, but being in it? no joke. amazing how we all can still communicate even though there's something deeper than what is happening.

sometimes i'm just scared of expectations.but i thank God for them because its what pushes us.i'm still trying..
