today cell group was solemn as kelvin touched on an issue which we all fall into. it was his burden the whole week and i'm afraid i've just added one more. so it's like he's talking about marriage. just one thing which touched me and just made me think differently. after that, had some cake and went to mac with kelvin to get 20 pcs chick nugget for his family. walked home and we just had a nice talk which just made me think of not just myself but for others, esp.. i'm praying very hard for what i'm worried for . for a change.

it was great at work. as we all slogged hard from 8 till 1130 non stop. from yesterday's decision of being microscopist, i just stopped short of just doing the coulter machine controls. haha there were 90 over from starting. can compare it to marine parade: 20, geylang: 50, IOH: 40. so seriously, its really stressful to work in bedok. its the WORST polyclinic to go to. i don't get why people can see its so crowded and still die die want to squeeze into the queue and make things difficult. not just for us lab but the doctors nurses and clerks. LT says shes sian of being phlebotomist so i exchanging place with her tmr. for me, i'm tired of being a runner which has duties of:
- doing fingerpricks
- crowd control
- giving out results
- dealing with irritating patients who just have issues
- taking the specimen from phlebotomist to label
- helping microscopist to do full blood count slides and staining them
- taking neonates for serum bilirubin

and the list just goes on. like what mf says, runner is the one who 'control's everything. haha its fun but its just too much sometimes.

with mf and hk on mc and leave, just leaves me lt and su for the afternoon so i'm glad that pch stayed for us. at least there's a senior med tech around . today i almost lost my temper on a patient. Almost did, it sucks for me after that as i just didn't want to . shan't go into detail in that, if anyone wants to know, ask me haha.

also went for the sms consultation meeting thing which mf ask me to go to represent lab. so quite lonely admist all the doctors and nurses. just sat and listened . Singhealth polyclinics is doing a sms notification for patients who request. its just telling you to come back to the waiting area as your queue number is going to be called. i think tomorrow bedok and errr.... sengkang? are starting it out first. bane or boon? doctors are thinking its bad , for me? i don't care as it doesn't even affect us, just the docs.

afternoon, we had some gossip about how to buy houses. i realise my cpf money which grew in 3 yrs is NOTHING compared to how much a house costs. to me ten L is a lot but in housing terms, its fry.

alright, i also must blog that i saw FISH cake/and chips/ball in the mrt train on monday while going to lil india with suraya and she's like the world's most blurrest person . hahhahahaha!!!
