today we were all interior designers ! basically, some idiotic patients complain about the waiting time to jessie our clinic manager. picture this: 6 people in a cramped lab , 1 microscopist who does half runner, 1 cashier , 1 ecg lady, 2 phlebotomist and 1 runner. STILL CAN COMPLAIN WE ARE SLOW!!! come on man, you come polyclinic, pay so little and yet expect such high service and SO WHAT if you're a civil servant. wah lao we already call so fast , we being me and suraya, me doing runner and clearing all finger pricks so that we can call more in. how can they lo! so its ALL due to these stoooopid complains that we had to change our lab interior to accommodate more blood taking table in. so its for the runner in case there isn't much fingerprick to do so can take blood too. bedok is getting to be quite a 'happening' place. lol today wasn't so bad lar, at least we could finish by 10 and su went off at 12 , i went off at 4. i hate it when LT keeps talking abt su and i try to defend su but she still keeps saying that im her good friend thus thats why would defend. somemore she's so nice to su . don't know what's happening sometimes.

i feel so like alice from the l word now. i know it's dumb to compare myself to a les but just similar feelings.

and ron is soo getting out of hand. my family is so not together these days. everyone's in the house but it doesn't seem to feel like a family.
